Glutino Crackers
I have recently found the best gluten-free crackers in the world! They are by Glutino and just called Crackers. They look like a Ritz cracker. I used to order them online directly from the company but now I can get them at two local stores. If you are in the North Carolina area Earth Fare carries them and in the Raleigh area you can get them from a fantastic smaller health care store called Harmony Farms. You can check them out at www.glutino.com. They are great with any spread, or peanut butter for extra protein, or you can even eat them all by themselves. Although, I personally prefer to eat them with something on them.
